- Can you OEM our brand?
- Yes. OEM from 50 units - your logo, colour, cable length and packaging. The quotation states any tooling where applicable.
- What is the lead time?
- Standard AC wallboxes: about 15 days. Portable chargers from 7 days. Larger and DC orders: quoted per order.
- Which certificates come with the quote?
- CE / RoHS (and UKCA where applicable) test reports plus a Declaration of Conformity issued in the name of the producing entity, sent with the quotation. UL is available as a test report for US-bound orders.
- What is the warranty?
- 1 year on AC charging equipment. DC models: stated on the product page or quoted per order.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- T/T. Standard items can also be traded on our Alibaba.com store with full transaction protection.
